1. Digital Products
NeoMindzLive provides access to a digital IQ test. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once access to the test has been granted.
2. When Refunds May Be Granted
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Technical issues: If a technical problem on our platform prevents access to the test and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
- Duplicate payments: If you were charged more than once for the same test.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Dissatisfaction with test results or score.
- Failure to complete the test after access was provided.
- Misunderstanding of the product description or features.
- User errors or unsupported devices/browsers.

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by Paddle. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method according to Paddle’s processing timelines.
